Auch wenn das Ereignis am rechten Bildrand stattfindet, kann man die Aufnahme wohl als halbwegs gelungen bezeichnen... Because I posted the original video as a high definition file, the server couldn't handle it. So here's the video again, but now in standard definition. Here's the set-up: We have had so little rain here in north Florida lately, so when we finally got a thunderstorm, I decided to film it using my JVC HD video camera. I had no more than taken the lens cap off when our house was struck by ONE BILLION VOLTS of lightning! This produces temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun! It did thousands of dollars worth of damage and actually sucked the power from the camera's battery, which is why the clip ends abruptly. Check out the slo-mo replay.
